This car seatbelt image shows a twisted strap: is this what’s going on with the shoulder strap or waistband on your sling?

When set up correctly the webbing of your carrier strap should all face the same way with no turns or twists. This makes it easiest to tighten and loosen your carrier smoothly. Twisted straps are more likely to dig in too, so keeping them twist free makes carrying more comfy.

If the webbing on your baby carrier strap is folded back on itself, don’t worry because this video from Ergobaby will help you fix it.

This handy video show you how to fix twisted straps on baby slings and carriers in no time.
