Hi, I’m Jo and I’m a Calm Family Consultant. I’m raising three humans myself and over the years I found plenty of guidance out there that didn’t sit quite *right* with me, and then I found Calm Family! Training with Calm Family has allowed me to put into practise some of the tools, tricks and techniques that I have used myself, to support other families. We use gentle, evidence based theory and methods to help support you with early years parenting: from feeding your newborn, the fourth trimester, ‘sleep regressions’, milestones and on to toddler sleep and meltdowns. All my consults are lead with compassion and a lot of empathy: in a world where there is SO much info out there, and SO much conflicting (and well meaning) advice, spending time with me means you’ll be heard and supported whatever your needs.
