The SleepCalm education programme
Within SleepCalm we support parents with a range of classes, to support families with sleep from pregnancy until school age. We provide you with real information about infant and toddler development and biologically correct sleep science. Understanding your baby or toddler, and their needs helps you respond in ways that both lead to a calmer life now and support their development for the future. Making informed choices to meet your needs and those of your child helps to build a healthy relationship founded on equality, whilst we help you get more sleep.
We know that getting some sleep is essential in allowing you and your child to manage life, and we can help, without you sacrificing any of your personal parenting values.
You will understand your little one’s physical, neurological and psychological development and how the way we care for them impacts these. Responding to your baby in developmentally appropriate ways promotes supports calmer relationships, and a more enjoyable and manageable life with them.

Our SleepCalm course is a series of 4 sessions that support parents with a baby or toddler up to school age. This offers more time for discussion, individualised support and deeper exploration of the science and the frameworks so that you can build your own solutions in a supported environment.
Our workshops are one-off sessions lasting around 4 hours. They each cover sleep according to stage.
